ATLRx Inc. (“ATLRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates atlrx.com and three physical stores in Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We currently ship only within the United States and its territories.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
• Order and payment information — items purchased, order value; your card is tokenized by Authorize.Net and we do not store your full card number
• Age/identity verification information — collected through AgeChecker.net at checkout (see Section 3)
• Anything you submit voluntarily — a product review, a contact-form message, a newsletter signup, or a veteran-discount or wholesale application

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data — pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP address, and similar diagnostic information
• Cookies used to keep your cart working, remember your state selection, and measure site performance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and ship your orders; verify your age and identity as required by law; communicate with you about your order or a support request; send marketing emails if you’ve opted in (and let you opt out at any time); improve and secure the site; and comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations as a hemp-cannabinoid retailer.

3. Age and Identity Verification

Because our products are age-restricted, we verify that every customer is 21 or older before an order ships. We use AgeChecker.net to run this check. Depending on how quickly your identity can be confirmed, this may involve your date of birth, and — if additional verification is needed — a government-issued photo ID or a phone-based check. AgeChecker.net processes this information directly on their own systems; we receive a verification result (approved or denied), not a copy of your ID, in the ordinary case. 4. Who We Share Information With

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to do the job we hire them for:

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATLRx, our customers, or the public — including to respond to a regulator’s request regarding age-restricted product sales.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart working between pages, remember choices like your selected state, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site functions (for example, your cart may not persist between visits).

6. Your Privacy Choices

If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you, and to request deletion or correction of it. Our affiliate program (Awin) receives limited order data solely to confirm a completed sale and pay a commission to the referring affiliate — Awin acts as our service provider for this purpose under a data processing agreement that prohibits it from selling that data or using it for any purpose beyond calculating and reporting that commission, so we do not believe this disclosure constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information under California law. As an extra control, our site’s footer includes a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link that lets you opt out of ad-related analytics signals directly, without emailing us — your browser will also be honored automatically if it sends a Global Privacy Control signal. To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct your information, email support@atlrx.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” — we’ll respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity first.

If you live in another state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you have similar rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses. Contact us the same way to exercise them.

7. Data Retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet our tax and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes — generally for the period required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including tokenized payment processing so we never hold your full card number. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our site and products are restricted to adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we’ve collected information from a minor, we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
