What We Sell

Our products are made from hemp, not marijuana, and are formulated to comply with the 2018 Farm Bill’s federal definition of hemp. We carry six cannabinoid product lines: Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, Delta-10 THC, THCa, THCv, and CBD.

Why We Don’t Sell HHC

You may see hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) sold elsewhere. We don’t carry it. In May 2026, the DEA gave HHC its own listing under Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act — the same legal category as heroin and LSD — reasoning that it’s a synthetic compound not naturally produced by the hemp plant. That classification is being challenged in federal court by other hemp companies, but until it’s resolved, we’re not willing to sell a product the federal government currently treats as a controlled substance, in any state.

Important: Federal Law Is Changing

On November 12, 2025, Congress passed a law (H.R. 5371) that will replace the current federal hemp standard with a new “Total THC” test and a strict per-container THC cap. As written, this could affect the legality of many hemp-derived cannabinoid products nationwide, including some we sell — the effective date is still being contested in Congress as of this writing. We’re monitoring this closely and will update our catalog and this page as the law is finalized.

Why We Restrict Certain States

Some states have passed laws treating a specific hemp-derived cannabinoid as a controlled substance, or otherwise routing it to licensed dispensaries or blocking direct online sale entirely — regardless of federal hemp status. Where that’s the case, we don’t ship the affected product there, even though it’s available in most of the country. (Some other states cap potency or serving size rather than banning a cannabinoid outright; we review those separately as we introduce products formulated to meet them.)
